Payment Methods
We accept money orders, PayPal, and major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and Discover through a secure server.  If you choose to pay with a money order, please make money order payable to Diane Zimmerman and mail it to:

Coupon Codes
Only one coupon code can be used per retail order.  Wholesale accounts cannot use coupon codes in addition to their current discount.

Sales Tax
All residents of Wisconsin are required to pay WI State sales tax of 5.5% at the time of check out. If the order is not being shipped to a Wisconsin address, you will not be charged sales tax.

Wholesale Pricing

We are no longer accepting new accounts for wholesale pricing.  This is in an effort to continue to offer very reasonable prices on our charms without having to raise prices at this time.  Customers with current wholesale codes can continue to use their codes. 

Return Policy
If you don’t love it, return it. Pretty simple! Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unused item for a refund or store credit within 15 days of purchase. Just email us to let us know method you prefer.  The return shipping fees will be the responsiblity of the customer.

The Charm Barn takes product safety very seriously.  Thousand of people including children enjoy the products we well and their well-being is core to our mission.  All of our metals are perfectly safe to wear, however if they are ingested by small children they could become harmful, especially if any enamel or plating has been nicked or has begun to wear off.  We are also parents at The Charms Barn, so safety is a personal concern of ours.  Please do not allow your small children to play with the charms.  For further information, please visit www.dtsc.ca.gov.
